Frenkel & Frenkel, LLP was formed in 1994 by brothers, Scott and Mark Frenkel. Both started their careers working for large insurance defense firms, representing insurance carriers and their clients. In 1994 they decided to take this knowledge and represent individuals who suffered injuries due to the negligence of a person or corporation, and those who had been intentionally wronged or defrauded by another. Frenkel & Frenkel, LLP has successfully represented thousands of clients in cases ranging from small automobile accidents to complex medical malpractice and pharmaceutical litigation. Frenkel & Frenkel, LLP works on a contingent fee basis for all matters. In other words, any fees are paid from the proceeds of the case. You will never be asked to bring a check or retainer fee. All expenses are advanced by the firm and only recouped from a recovery by settlement or verdict.
