Background and History
After attending Texas A&M University for Construction Science, Gene earned his undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University. He worked in manufacturing sales before receiving his law degree at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. The Dallas native then partnered with brothers Mark and Scott Frenkel at Frenkel & Frenkel.
For more than 20 years, Gene has devoted his practice to helping injured individuals and making the community safer. Even though most cases settle out of court, Gene prepares each case he accepts as if it is going to trial, and brings outstanding legal skill to every case he takes on. Gene's thorough case investigations and trial preparation have consistently yielded excellent results in personal injury claims and lawsuits.
