Hazing, never a good thing.

Lawsuit Filed Over Hazing-Related Death
The family of a fraternity pledge who died during an alcohol-related hazing incident has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the national organization, local chapter and nine fraternity members. Carson Starkey, 18, died in 2008 after drinking to the point of unconsciousness at a fraternity event. His blood alcohol content was 0.48, an autopsy revealed.
