The firm was established by attorney Mark Frenkel, who started his legal career as a corporate defense attorney. He soon realized that his passion for the law was not in defending corporations and insurance companies but in protecting the rights and interests of individuals. His brother Scott soon joined, and Frenkel & Frenkel was born. The two brothers agreed they would never represent insurance companies or corporations but would use their considerable legal skills to fight for the rights of the injured.
